The office for the rural area (ALR) of the Vogelsberg County is responsible for area development, landscape preservation and for agriculture in general. Since 1990 European develop-ment plans are an important issue for the ALR (e.g. LEADER I and II and LEADER+).
In PROGRASS the Vogelsberg County administration is coordinating the regional activities in connection with plot management, support with regional stakeholders and networking.
