Workpackage 3 SUSTAINABILITY
ACTION 1: Examining the socio-economic effects
- Establishing of evaluation reports and acting recommendations for European steakholders on the basis of surveys and field studies on socio-economic effects (job market development, additional income for small farmers, return on investment for investors) in the European project regions.
ACTION 2: Analysis of the Effects on NATURA habitats
- Assessment of botanical composition and diversity criteria of the pilot plots and comparison with national lists of special targeted species and habitats, calculations of CO2-substitution potential by the replacement of fossil fuels with biomass based solid fuels.
